Harmoni Park Construction Technical Information:

In the Harmoni Park project, we use state-of-the-art materials, with a focus on providing INSULATION, CORRECT PLANNING & QUALITY OF LIFE.

FOUNDATION:
The foundation starts from 3 meters below the ground. After filling the pit with rock fragments and compacting it with a dozer and roller, a 100 cm foundation wall is built. Two layers of insulation are applied inside, and a drainage system is installed. After laying 18mm rods for the foundation, it is reinforced with 120 cm of concrete. The foundation curtain wall is strengthened with liquid membrane insulation and protected with 4cm of styrofoam.

FLOOR INTERLAYER INSULATION:
The distance between two slabs between floors is 300 cm, providing 42 cm of insulation between clear two floors. The application consists of 7 cm screed, 7 cm concrete, 25 cm styrofoam, and 3 cm plaster.

WALLS:
The exterior facade of the building is made of 20 cm insulated bricks. The interior partitions of the apartments use Block Bims, a TSE-approved, A1-class fire-resistant material that provides 52 dB sound insulation.

KITCHENS & BATHROOMS:
We use marble countertops and cabinets made of high-gloss material. The faucets used are made of stainless chrome.

INDOOR STAIRCASES AND BALCONIES:
The building entrance and stairs are made of marble. The balconies use glass aluminum framing, creating a spacious environment.

FLOOR & CEILING:
We use ceramic tiles on wet room floors and laminate in other rooms and the living room. The interior of the building and the apartments is designed with suspended ceilings.

WINDOWS & DOORS:
Our windows are colored PVC, double-glazed, providing both thermal and sound insulation. They also have the ability to open on both sides. The entrance doors to the apartments will be steel doors with a 25-point locking system. The interior doors of the apartments are designed as lacquer doors.”
