CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
We use state-of-the-art and modern design materials in our project. Our primary focus is on providing INSULATION, CORRECT PLANNING & QUALITY OF LIFE.

FOUNDATION:
The foundation starts 3 meters below the ground. After filling the pit with rock fragments and compacting it with a dozer and roller, a 100 cm foundation wall is built. Two layers of insulation are applied inside, and a drainage system is installed. After laying 18mm rods for the foundation, it is reinforced with 120 cm of concrete. The foundation curtain wall is strengthened with liquid membrane insulation and protected with 4cm of styrofoam.

FLOOR INTERLAYER INSULATION:
The distance between two slabs between floors is 300 cm, providing insulation between two clear floors. The application consists of 7 cm screed, 7 cm concrete, 25 cm styrofoam, and 3 cm plaster.

WALLS:
The exterior facade of the building is made of 20 cm insulated bricks. The interior partitions of the apartments use Block Bims, a TSE-approved, A1-class fire-resistant material that provides 52 dB sound insulation. The room partitions of the apartment are built with horizontal perforated 10.0 cm bricks. The material’s lightness does not impose extra load on the building, and it is TSE-approved, A1-class fire-resistant.

KITCHENS & BATHROOMS:
Our countertops are marble, and the cabinets are made of high-gloss material. The faucets used are made of stainless chrome.

INDOOR STAIRCASES AND BALCONIES:
The building entrance and stairs are made of marble. The balconies use glass aluminum framing, creating a spacious environment.

FLOOR & CEILING:
We use ceramics on the wet room floors. The inside of the building and the apartments are designed with suspended ceilings.

WINDOWS & DOORS:
Our windows are colored PVC, double-glazed, providing thermal and sound insulation. They also have the ability to open on both sides. The entrance doors to the apartments will be steel doors with a 25-point locking system. The interior doors of the apartments are designed as lacquer doors.

ROOF:
The heights of the rooms falling to the attic floor are ergonomic and comfortable for normal floors. Our roof support system is made of steel. There will be two layers of insulation and European standard waterproofing. Our roof covering will be anthracite tile cladding.”
